Application:

  1. Preparation: Dissolve one teaspoon of MeineBase in approx. ½ litre of body-warm water.
  2. Soaking: Place the inner stockings in the solution until they are completely soaked.
  3. Wringing out: Wring out the damp inner stockings thoroughly until they no longer drip.
  4. Putting on: Put on the damp inner stockings and pull the dry outer stockings over them. For cold feet, additionally use a hot water bottle.

Care instructions:

  • Washing: Wash the inner stockings after each use to ensure hygiene and effectiveness.

application instructions

1. Sprinkle a teaspoon of “MeineBase” alkaline-mineral body care salt into about ½ liter of body-warm water and dissolve the salt thoroughly.
2. Place the thin inner stockings of the alkaline stockings into the solution until they are completely moistened.
3. Wring out the inner socks carefully until they no longer drip.
4. Put on the damp inner socks and then pull the dry outer socks over them. If your feet are cold, we recommend using a hot water bottle as well.
5. Wash the inner stockings thoroughly after each use to maintain their freshness and effectiveness.
