CH‘UAN® Gunpowder originates from the Chinese province of Zhejiang. After harvesting, the leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis are briefly roasted and then repeatedly rolled and dried. This production method results in the typical, slightly spherical leaves and the strong, delicately tart flavor. CH‘UAN® Gunpowder is an invigorating green tea.
Applications, Dosage, Consumption Recommendation
Bring fresh water to a boil, then let cool to approx. 80 °C.
Pour over one heaped teaspoon (2 to 3 g) of CH’UAN® tea per cup and steep for approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on taste, then strain.
