100 g of tea contains 100 g of peppermint leaves

preparation instructions

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2 to 4 times daily:
1 tablespoon (approx. 1.5 g) of peppermint leaves is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml)
and after about 10 to 15 minutes, strain the tea through a tea strainer.
