Hensel Organic Whole Soy Flour is the ideal plant-based protein source and is excellent for baking, as an egg substitute, mixed into meals, or as a protein shake to increase protein intake.
Hensel Organic Whole Soy Flour is whole soy flour made from soybeans. Hulls, bitter compounds, and specific proteins that can disrupt digestion (so-called trypsin inhibitors) have been removed. It can be used directly in meals and does not need to be heated before consumption.
Possible uses:
- 1 part Hensel Organic Whole Soy Flour to 4 parts other flour; mix before stirring in
- Egg substitute: Mix 1 tablespoon Hensel Organic Whole Soy Flour and 2 tablespoons water. Replaces one egg
- Increase protein intake
