For preparing the loose 6-herb tea according to Eva Aschenbrenner, we recommend the following steps:
- Add 4 level tablespoons of the 6-herb tea to a pot.
- Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the tea.
- Bring the mixture to a brief boil again.
