Information on production:

After careful selection and cleaning, the organic mustard seeds undergo a gentle process where they are rolled into soft grist. The so-called mash is created by adding water, vinegar, salt, and spices. To allow the full mustard aroma to develop optimally, the mash is given a resting period. This is followed by grinding to a creamy consistency before the product is filled. Throughout the entire production process, heat application is consciously avoided.
