Our unique crunchy corners are formed by filling the components into the characteristic triangular molds and subjecting them to pressure for a short time at temperatures of approximately 220 – 240 °C. During this process, the moisture in the corn and rice evaporates, causing the grains to pop and allowing the starch contained within to be released. This starch fills the mold and binds all components together to create our exquisite crunchy corners. Finally, they are lightly sprayed with high-quality sunflower oil, corn germ oil, and a pinch of salt. This innovative process allows us to save an impressive 50% fat in our crunchy corners compared to conventional chips.
