The sustainably cultivated mustard seeds first undergo careful selection and cleaning. This is followed by a gentle processing of the whole seeds by rolling, transforming them into a delicate grist. The mixture of water, vinegar, salt, and spices leads to the creation of the mash. To ensure optimal development of the mustard aroma, the mash is allowed a resting phase. Afterwards, all components are ground to a smooth consistency, which is then bottled. The entire production process is carried out without heat input.
