In order to achieve a particularly mild olive note when frying, Byodo has created a unique oil composition consisting of extra virgin olive oil and the finest "high-oleic" sunflower oil. The Byo-Protect process gently and naturally filters heat-sensitive plant substances out of the oil. The Mild Frying Olive is the ideal choice for frying, grilling or deep-frying when a subtle olive note is desired that subtly underlines the natural flavor of the dish.

Byodo's organic frying oil is an excellent choice for deep-frying. Unlike coconut oil, which mainly contains saturated fatty acids, it consists mainly of monounsaturated fatty acids.

Production Information:

Through the Byo-Protect process, heat-sensitive plant substances are filtered out of the oil in all Byodo organic frying oils, including Brat-Olive Mild, in an extremely gentle and natural way, which allows it to be heated to high temperatures. As part of the Byo-Protect process, the oil is first carefully and purely mechanically filtered to remove coarse components. Natural clay minerals then bind additional plant substances. Finally, gently applied steam removes the last fine particles from the oil. In this way, the organic Brat-Olive Mild achieves its high-heat capability.
