Information on production:
After the organic mustard seeds have undergone careful selection and cleaning, they are gently crushed by rollers, transforming the seeds into a delicate coarse meal. The resulting mash is created by adding water, vinegar, salt, and spices. To develop the optimal mustard aroma, the mixture is allowed a resting phase. After this phase, the entire mixture is ground to a smooth consistency and carefully filled. Throughout the entire production process, any heat input is deliberately avoided.
