To create the delicate Byodo Panna Cotta, sweet whey powder, corn starch, and agar-agar are thoroughly mixed as a thickener. The unique vanilla note is ensured by vanilla extract and real Bourbon vanilla from controlled organic cultivation and simply rounded off with a pinch of sea salt. The organic Panna Cotta is produced using agar-agar, which is extracted from the cell walls of special algae.
