Applications, dosage, consumption recommendation

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take 15 ml of pressed juice three times a day before meals, undiluted or with some liquid, to improve well-being under nervous strain.

To aid sleep, a single dose (15 ml) is taken half an hour to an hour before bedtime and, if necessary, an additional dose earlier in the evening.

The maximum daily dose is 4 single doses (15 ml each).

Use in children under 12 years of age is not intended.

There is insufficient data for specific dosage recommendations in cases of impaired kidney or liver function.
General experience has not yet indicated a need for dose adjustment.

If symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks of using the medicinal product, or if you experience side effects, you should consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

Note for diabetics:
This medicinal product contains less than 0.1 BE per single dose.

100 ml pressed juice from fresh valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L.) (1 : 0.60 – 0.85).

Storage instructions and shelf life:

Medicinal products should not be used after the expiry date.

The medicinal product contains no preservatives and no alcohol.

Shelf life after opening:

After opening, can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator at 2 °C to 8 °C.
