Application:

1. Cleanse face: Gently cleanse your face to ensure optimal absorption of active ingredients.
2. Prepare mask: Mix about 30 – 40 ml of warm water with a pinch of MeineBase. Dip the fleece mask into this solution and let it drip off briefly.
3. Apply: Place the mask on cleansed skin for about 20 minutes. Make sure to regularly re-moisten the mask with the solution, as the alkaline water evaporates and is absorbed by the skin.
4. Finishing care: After application, remove the mask and spray MiraVera on the neck and décolleté or use a cotton pad for the face. MiraVera has an invigorating and regenerating effect in addition to skin care.

Tip for a more intensive result: During an alkaline full bath, the fleece mask can simply be dipped into the bathwater and re-moistened regularly to intensify the alkaline effect.
