application note

Our alkaline gemstone bath is proven for:
- Sensitive, dry and stressed skin
- Cellulite
- Tension and stress
- foot sweat

Full bath: 3 tablespoons for a full bath, bath temperature 36 - 37.5 °C, bath time 30 - 90 minutes.
Recommendation: Use twice a week and rest after bathing

Foot bath: 1 tablespoon for a foot bath, bath temperature warm or cold, bath time 30 - 60 minutes.
Recommendation: Apply 3 - 5 times a week during the day or evening

Rinse: 1 teaspoon to 1L water, temperature lukewarm, bath time 30 - 60 min.
Recommendation: especially under the armpits as a deodorizing refreshment lasting good

Notice

The gemstone bath is not suitable for hair. Long and colored hair should be tied up during alkaline bathing.

Tip

Lactic acid, which forms in the muscles as a product of fatigue during excessive exercise, is also reduced by alkaline baths.
