Place the damp part of the forehead wrap on your forehead and wrap the wider, dry part around your head. Wrap the bands attached to the end of the wrap in opposite directions around your forehead and head and secure with a bow.

Dissolve a teaspoon of MeineBase in about ½ liter of warm water. Dip the narrow half of the wrap into the solution, wring it out and place the damp part around your neck or forehead. Wrap the dry part over it and secure the wrap with the attached straps.

The wrap can be worn for as long as is comfortable and is suitable for both day and night.

Wash the wrap in the washing machine with color detergent at a maximum of 60°C. After washing, pull it into shape and leave to dry. It can also be tumble dried at low temperatures.
