A portion of just 50-60g of these bright red noodles is enough.

The attractive Volanti shape, reminiscent of flying saucers, allows the sauce to catch particularly well in the rim, offering a wonderfully saucy taste experience.

This legume pasta is naturally gluten-free and vegan, and cooks in hot water in just a few minutes. Caution is advised during preparation, as it foams particularly much when cooking and requires a large pot.
