In Italy, sun-ripened whole grain is used for this pasta variety. First, the grain kernel is precisely milled into semolina. The semolina is then mixed with crystal-clear water and pressed through the appropriate die. We adhere to the traditional Italian production method. Therefore, only bronze dies are used for our high-quality organic pasta, wherever possible. These give the surface a rougher texture compared to conventional shaping, which ensures that the delicious sauce adheres particularly well later.
