Even slimmer than conventional spaghetti and quick to prepare, spaghettini are ideal for serving with light, delicate sauces, thanks to their delicate shape, which allows for a harmonious combination.

The perfect "al dente" consistency of a noodle is achieved when a tiny white dot can still be seen in the core when bitten. This signals that the pasta will be ready in a few seconds, usually just before the cooking time expires. For 100 g of pasta, it is recommended to use 1 liter of salted water in a sufficiently large pot. A dash of oil protects flat, wide noodles in particular from sticking together.
